Dr Mano Nugapitiya

Managing Partner, Dr Mano Nugapitiya, is a highly qualified strategic thinker and dedicated project specialist. With a strong background in asset management, including facility management and operations, Mano brings a ‘whole of life’ asset approach to projects – continually demonstrating his 25+ years’ experience in the industry.

Mano has amassed vast experience in the planning and delivery of large-scale projects and programs in social and economic infrastructure, predominantly for the public sector. Specialising in the front-end strategic positioning of projects and programs, Mano ensures alignment and consistency with organisation business strategies. His specialist skills also include due diligence, technical leadership, business cases and transaction management.

Mano’s breadth of his industry skills and the structured thinking as a post-doctoral researcher provides clients and stakeholders with the experience and confidence that comes from delivering many complex engagements.

Dr Saeed Shalbafan

Technical Director, Dr Saeed Shalbafan, is a respected industry leader, professional project manager, and academic researcher. With expertise across multidisciplinary engineering and public infrastructure projects, Saeed has played a key leadership role in the delivery of several construction, manufacturing and infrastructure projects for government and private clients.

Saeed’s strong background in integrated planning, optimisation framework, and management of uncertainty and resource – including process, technology, knowledge and people helped him play a key leadership role in the planning and delivery of mega-infrastructure projects such as the $20billion+ program of driverless metro projects in Sydney.

His deep knowledge of portfolio and program management and commercial strategy has seen Saeed achieve several awards for his innovative and customer centric approach to project design and implementation, beyond international standards.

Julia Tims

Senior Associate, Julia Tims, has 20 years’ experience in management and consultancy for both government and private sectors. With an analytical approach and expertise across all aspects of the project life cycle, Julia has key experience working with government departments within various sectors.

Julia’s extensive knowledge includes project planning, project management and procurement, contract administration and negotiation, risk assessment, quantitative analysis, cost estimation and earned value analysis.

With an aptitude for managing complex projects for major infrastructure works, Julia’s background in engineering and research always achieves best project outcomes. Julia is currently working on NSW Ambulance Private Mobile Radio UHF Network.

Danny Liston

Technical Director, Danny Liston, is a highly qualified, results driven project director and advisory specialist. With strong communication skills, project management experience and knowledge of digital systems, Danny demonstrates project expertise in identifying and delivering long term organisational efficiencies.

With experience locally and internationally, Danny has delivered iconic projects in numerous sectors including industrial, property, energy, arts, justice, sports/recreation, and health.

With a commitment to producing best practice projects, Danny’s technical knowledge of digital systems, data analytics and information modelling, delivers stakeholder value through his transformative approach to innovative processes and systems.

Liam Callaghan

Director, Liam Callaghan, is an infrastructure advisory specialist. With extensive experience delivering leading infrastructure projects, Liam’s technical expertise, asset management capabilities, transport planning and strategic project experience underpins his ability to achieve successful outcomes for every project.

With experience working across Australia and internationally, Liam is an accomplished asset management strategist, with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing asset management systems compliant with international standard ISO55001. Through extensive experience in delivering infrastructure projects, Liam brings technical leadership and strategic senior management experience with Government, asset operators and major organisations across Australia.

Liam has considerable expertise in infrastructure planning, civil and railway engineering, project management and team/stakeholder management and is proficient in commercial and contract management.
