Andrew McKinley

Managing Partner, Andrew McKinley is a skilled and passionate project management professional. He has extensive experience leading teams on large programs of works and complex projects to successful outcomes.

Andrew brings a proactive approach to project delivery, centered around promoting strong collaboration and teamwork to identify new opportunities for clients, effectively manage risk, and solving challenging problems through innovation.

His broad experience across the full project life cycle delivering both social and economic infrastructure includes planning, scoping, documenting, negotiating and administering complex commercial agreements and construction contracts for private and public sector clients.

Andrew’s professionalism and experience is demonstrated through his involvement as a Certified Practicing Project Director with the Australian Institute of Project Management and as a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia.

Fiona Larkin

Executive Director, Fiona Larkin is an experienced project manager and advisory services director who takes a hands-on approach to successfully deliver projects.

With more than 20 years’ industry experience Fiona specialises in high profile, complex civil, cultural and education projects. She has extensive project management experience, from early feasibility to design management, through to procurement and delivery. This expertise has allowed Fiona to successfully deliver a number of key social infrastructure projects.

Coupled with her clarity and excellent communication skills, Fiona’s credentials in stakeholder management within State and Commonwealth Government agencies provides clients a focused approach that important projects deserve.

Paul Halpin

Executive Director, Paul Halpin is a market leader in project and program management, with multi-sector experience. Driven by continuous improvement Paul develops high performing teams working closely with Clients to deliver valuable outcomes.

With a focus on delivering high quality solutions that deliver tangible benefits for the community, Paul continually demonstrates his expertise and ability in shaping the work environment, setting strategy, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering tangible outcomes.

Paul represents government agencies and private clients to deliver complex projects through all forms of procurement. His technical strengths are strategic portfolio planning, PMO set up, contracting procurement, stakeholder engagement and communication, design and delivery management, cost and budget control, risk management and quality control.

Paul is client focused and actively leads teams to meet strategic project objectives.

John Wiles

Director, John Wiles, is an industry specialist who leads our processes, ensuring continuous improvement across service delivery, client relationships and personnel performance. With a strong background in formulating and delivering major development projects, John is often sought out by clients to carry out peer reviews and provide strategic advice.

As the former Director Project Management at Development Victoria, John has been involved in many of Melbourne’s iconic construction projects. He is widely recognised as an expert in the delivery of complex building projects, predominately within the health sector, and has extensive experience in the establishment of risk management and interface management processes.

John’s extensive career experience, sound stakeholder management and ability to create a collaborative team culture provides surety and delivers outstanding results for clients.

Matthew Joy

Director, Matthew Joy, is a highly experienced and respected project manager. With vast experience in the delivery of sports infrastructure projects in government and private consulting, Matthew is dedicated to understanding all facets of a project’s objectives and exceeding expectations.

With experience in the planning and design of training and administration facilities for elite level sports organisations, Matthew has worked on the MCG Northern Stand Redevelopment, AAMI Park Melbourne, 2006 Commonwealth Games, as well as sporting venues for leading football clubs.

Matthew’s proactive approach is the foundation of his project management methodology and his dedication to fostering a collaborative and consultative environment provides the delivery of successful project outcomes.

Scott Webber

Director, Scott Webber, is a highly experienced project manager of complex and large-scale projects. With over 20 years’ experience delivering projects in the health, research and education sectors, Scott’s collaborative approach and effective management of cost, risk, safety, quality control and contract administration, is the driving force of successful outcomes.

With experience in the management of consultant design teams, producing quality design documentation, operational commissioning and the successful delivery of large high-risk projects, Scott has a proven track record in driving programs from inception through to master planning, feasibility, design, procurement, delivery and operational transition.

With a knowledge base of multiple procurement models including managing contractor design and PPP, Scott’s strong communication, technical strengths and stakeholder management provides the best project outcomes.

Dr Mano Nugapitiya

Managing Partner, Dr Mano Nugapitiya, is a highly qualified strategic thinker and dedicated project specialist. With a strong background in asset management, including facility management and operations, Mano brings a ‘whole of life’ asset approach to projects – continually demonstrating his 25+ years’ experience in the industry.

Mano has amassed vast experience in the planning and delivery of large-scale projects and programs in social and economic infrastructure, predominantly for the public sector. Specialising in the front-end strategic positioning of projects and programs, Mano ensures alignment and consistency with organisation business strategies. His specialist skills also include due diligence, technical leadership, business cases and transaction management.

Mano’s breadth of his industry skills and the structured thinking as a post-doctoral researcher provides clients and stakeholders with the experience and confidence that comes from delivering many complex engagements.
