Ontoit has been engaged by Whitehorse City Council to lead the development and writing of the final business case. Our role includes the management of required sub-consultants such as architects and cost planners, as well as engagement with key stakeholders, the completion of detailed analysis of all project options and the preparation of a compelling narrative to support Council’s preferred option.

Albury City Council (ACC) has engaged Ontoit to complete a stakeholder engagement process in relation to the planned expansion of Albury Airport to the West of the existing airport infrastructure. The project has been known as Albury Airport Western Precinct Expansion.

Castlemaine Art Museum (CAM) secured $6M of state government funding through Creative Victoria to deliver minor capital works and planning and design works (Stage 1) to enable a future Stage 2. Ontoit led the development of the plan including stakeholder workshops with the CAM Board, Trustees and staff and weekly meetings with a dedicated subcommittee comprising CAM board members and staff.

The proposed new Melton Hospital will support a fast-growing community in Melbourne’s outer west. It will provide lifelong health care and greater health care opportunities to the region, whilst reducing pressure on busy hospitals in the surrounding suburbs.
