Arvind David

Managing Director, Arvind David, represents Government agencies and infrastructure partners to develop and deliver complex social and economic Infrastructure projects.

Combining his experience in project management and organisation leadership, he brings together diverse project teams to create high performing teams that deliver exceptional project outcomes. Deploying his expertise in procurement, transaction management, technical leadership and contract management, Arvind leads teams on projects through all forms of delivery models.

Having worked for government delivery agencies he understands the specialised requirements of government and what it takes to deliver projects in complex stakeholder environments. His experience includes advising client on infrastructure in Australia, UK, Singapore and the USA.

Andrew McKinley

Managing Partner, Andrew McKinley is a skilled and passionate project management professional. He has extensive experience leading teams on large programs of works and complex projects to successful outcomes.

Andrew brings a proactive approach to project delivery, centered around promoting strong collaboration and teamwork to identify new opportunities for clients, effectively manage risk, and solving challenging problems through innovation.

His broad experience across the full project life cycle delivering both social and economic infrastructure includes planning, scoping, documenting, negotiating and administering complex commercial agreements and construction contracts for private and public sector clients.

Andrew’s professionalism and experience is demonstrated through his involvement as a Certified Practicing Project Director with the Australian Institute of Project Management and as a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia.

Mario D'Elia

Managing Partner, Mario D’Elia, is a respected industry leader with strong government and private sector project experience, including the development and implementation of major capital projects.

His work in the transport, water and social infrastructure sectors has provided him with extensive experience providing financial, commercial and strategic advice in public and private sectors.

As a former national partner at PwC, leading its Infrastructure Advisory Practice for over 20 years, Mario has a proven background as an advisor on infrastructure projects under various government procurement models involving the private sector. His extensive career experience also includes working as an investment banker locally and internationally, and he holds a position on the Board of the Coliban Water Authority and the Office of Projects Victoria.

Dr Mano Nugapitiya

Managing Partner, Mano Nugapitiya is a qualified project specialist with a strong background in asset management, facility management and operations.

Mano delivers a whole of life asset approach to projects which he has demonstrated over more than 25 years’ experience in the industry. He has extensive experience planning and delivering large scale projects in social and economic infrastructure, predominantly in the public sector.

Specialising in the front end of projects, Mano ensures programs are aligned to organisation business strategies. His specialist skills also includes due diligence, technical leadership, business cases and transaction management.

Greg Lake

Managing Partner, Greg Lake is an Infrastructure, Program Manager and Commercial Leader with extensive experience working with Government agencies in Australia.

Greg is a commercial and infrastructure leader who has devoted his career to projects and organisations that focus on social outcomes. He has led major infrastructure programs, run large organisations and negotiated complex commercial deals.

He studied economics and law and, aside from his time in government, has built a community development (for purpose) organisation and consulted on policy, human rights and leadership for the likes of World Vision, the G20 and the Australian Human Rights Commission.

Megan Simpson

Director Corporate Services, Megan Simpson, is an executive management professional with a passion for building high performing teams to enhance the culture of organisations.

Megan has broad experience in state and national member-based organisations with a focus on strategy and governance, risk management, financial management, stakeholder engagement and project management. Martin Coates

Partner, Martin Coates has extensive experience gained in leadership roles across government departments, major consulting businesses and private sector development and construction.

His knowledge spans numerous sectors, including social infrastructure and he has worked on projects required to adopt various delivery methods, including PPPs, alliancing, D&C, managing contractor and construction management.

Martin is experienced in aligning delivery strategies, commercial structures and design responses to the specific needs and objectives of clients while maintaining a key focus on market capacity, capability and constraints.

Lindel James

Partner, Lindel James is an industry leading infrastructure and government contracting advisor with extensive public and private sector experience gained in professional services and PPPs.

Lindel has advised on a wide range of iconic projects in the housing, health, justice, education, rail, roads and defence sectors. Her expertise includes project leadership, commercial structuring and negotiations, performance regime design, financial analysis and advice on contract implementation, including refinancings and modifications.

Lindel is also experienced in financial structuring, infrastructure procurement, business case development, procurement strategies and managing infrastructure and government services projects.

Fiona Larkin

Executive Director, Fiona Larkin is an experienced project manager and advisory services director who takes a hands-on approach to successfully deliver projects.

With more than 20 years’ industry experience Fiona specialises in high profile, complex civil, cultural and education projects. She has extensive project management experience, from early feasibility to design management, through to procurement and delivery. This expertise has allowed Fiona to successfully deliver a number of key social infrastructure projects.

Coupled with her clarity and excellent communication skills, Fiona’s credentials in stakeholder management within State and Commonwealth Government agencies provides clients a focused approach that important projects deserve.

Richard Mueller

Executive Director, Richard Mueller has more than 25 years’ experience specialising in water, waste and environmental sectors. He held positions on the board of the Ti-Tree BioEnergy Facility and numerous Veolia Water Australia entities.

Richard has held senior positions on large scale infrastructure projects in the bid, design, commissioning and operational phases including Gold Coast and Sydney Desalination plants, Springvale/Mount Piper power station and Australia’s first large scale waste to energy facility in Kwinana Perth.

He is an excellent communicator providing his teams with extensive knowledge and experience to deliver projects successfully, reduce operational risks and improve financial outcomes under environmentally sustainable frameworks.

John Wiles

Director, John Wiles, is an industry specialist who leads our processes, ensuring continuous improvement across service delivery, client relationships and personnel performance. With a strong background in formulating and delivering major development projects, John is often sought out by clients to carry out peer reviews and provide strategic advice.

As the former Director Project Management at Development Victoria, John has been involved in many of Melbourne’s iconic construction projects. He is widely recognised as an expert in the delivery of complex building projects, predominately within the health sector, and has extensive experience in the establishment of risk management and interface management processes.

Fiona Williams

Executive Director, Fiona Williams has extensive experience program managing infrastructure projects in the Victoria and the Northern Territory public sectors.

Fiona’s career spans over 30 years working in the Australian Public Service. She has held Executive roles in the Department of Defence, IP Australia, Department of Industry and Tourism and the Health Insurance Commission.

Fiona has 9 years’ experience being responsible for Victoria’s public housing portfolio. During that time she planned and delivered significant housing projects, including the Public Housing Renewal Program implementing new approaches to leverage land value to fund new social housing projects.

Jamin Crawley

Executive Director, Jamin Crawley is an experienced project advisor and manager with a strong focus on transaction and procurement management, contract administration and cost management.

He has an extensive background in numerous project delivery models spanning projects in the residential, civil, commercial, leisure, health, education, industrial and retail sectors.

Jamin has a proven history in both public and private sector projects, from inception through to feasibility, procurement, delivery and handover. He strives to make a difference in the successful delivery of city shaping infrastructure projects for the benefit of our clients.

Angie Harvie

Bids & Marketing Manager, Angie Harvie is an experienced bids and marketing specialist with more than 25 years’ experience in construction and project management in Australia and New Zealand.

Angie has considerable experience in bid management, brand strategy, marketing collateral, digital marketing and CRM with a focus on continuous improvement and business transformation, delivering successful bids and marketing strategies.

She is a proactive and results-orientated manager who encourages a collaborative culture and applies a best-for-project-approach. Angie holds a Bachelor of Applied Management degree in Sales and Marketing.

Andrew Harvey

Executive Director, Andrew Harvey is an energetic, technically astute, personable and resilient Development Director/Advisor with formal tertiary qualifications in transport planning, civil engineering and property.

Andrew has substantial experience in lead roles embedded within State government major projects units in Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales. He has a track record of delivery on high value, high risk projects in health, justice, public transport, freight infrastructure, urban renewal, social and affordable housing and greenfield land development.

Andrew is skilled in personal rapport building and uses it with success to facilitate cross-agency communications on multiple agency projects. He leads complex technical programs, facilitates professional development courses, procurement strategies, risk identification workshops and has a strong background in community consultation on high profile capital works projects.

Pascale Young

Finance Manager, Pascale Young, is a customer focused finance professional who excels in the provision of strategic advice and financial services.

Holding a senior leadership role in the organisation Pascale is a problem-solver who is driven by process improvement. She has extensive expertise in financial management and reporting, payroll management, budget management, risk management and technology systems.

Pascale has a pragmatic and collaborative approach to her role with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Advanced Diploma of Business.

Vivek Dodani

Executive Director, Vivek Dodani is an experienced project finance and infrastructure specialised who has advised on more than $20 billion worth of projects and delivered strategic, commercial and financial advice for large complex infrastructure projects.

He has extensive experience in market led proposals and capital financing, working with multiple state-owned entities, private sector and multilateral agencies to finance infrastructure projects.

A transport specialist, Vivek has worked on a number of rail and urban renewal projects that have included Suburban Rail Loop, West Gate Tunnel Project, Melbourne Metro and the High-Capacity Metro Trains project.

Rob Kitchen

Executive Director, Rob Kitchen is an internationally experienced Project Director with over 24 years’ experience working as a Development Manager, Client-side Project Manager and a qualified chartered civil engineer.

Rob has a successful track record managing, planning and delivering complex projects across a broad range of sectors. This includes design and construction delivery for high-quality medium, large scale and mega developments with the ability to add financial and design value in the areas of commercial and sustainable Master-planning, recently in government infrastructure.

He has a strong financial acumen implementing changes that have resulted in increased profitability of projects as well as working extensively implementing the links between pedagogy and good building design.
