Arvind David

Founder and Managing Director, Arvind David, is a market leader with extensive experience delivering complex projects for Government and the private sector. Arvind understands what it takes to inspire, motivate, develop and lead people, creating high performing teams to achieve their full potential.

Arvind develops and delivers complex social and economic Infrastructure projects with rigour and simplicity. Having led project teams through all forms of contracting including D&C, PPP, BOOT, EPCM, DCM, managing contractor, construct and bespoke service and supply agreements in multiple jurisdictions in Australia.
Arvind’s deep knowledge and experience in procurement, transaction management, technical leadership and contract management has seen him represent government agencies, asset operators and project financiers across Australia, UK, Singapore and the USA.

Mario D'Elia

Managing Partner, Mario D’Elia, is a respected industry leader with strong government and private sector project acumen. With vast experience in the development and implementation of major capital projects, including transport, water and social infrastructure, Mario has expertise in providing financial, commercial and strategic advice to both public and private entities.

As a former national partner at PwC, leading its Infrastructure Advisory Practice for over 20 years, Mario has a proven background as an advisor on infrastructure projects under various government procurement models involving the private sector.

Mario’s extensive career experience also includes time as an accountant, investment banker locally and internationally, and he sits on the Board of the Coliban Water Authority and the Office of Projects Victoria.

Andrew McKinley

Managing Partner, Andrew McKinley, uses his extensive technical knowledge and commercial acumen to lead project teams and collaborate for successful outcomes. With strong leadership and interpersonal skills, Andrew demonstrates his project management expertise by tailoring procurement and delivery methodologies to solve challenging problems – and identify new opportunities for clients.

Andrew leads major projects across a range of sectors, including planning, scoping, documenting, negotiating and administering complex commercial agreements and construction contracts for public and private sector clients.

Andrew’s professionalism and care for his craft extends to his passionate support for our industry – proudly investing in its health through his mentor and leadership role with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).

Dr Mano Nugapitiya

Managing Partner, Dr Mano Nugapitiya, is a highly qualified strategic thinker and dedicated project specialist. With a strong background in asset management, including facility management and operations, Mano brings a ‘whole of life’ asset approach to projects – continually demonstrating his 25+ years’ experience in the industry.

Mano has amassed vast experience in the planning and delivery of large-scale projects and programs in social and economic infrastructure, predominantly for the public sector. Specialising in the front-end strategic positioning of projects and programs, Mano ensures alignment and consistency with organisation business strategies. His specialist skills also include due diligence, technical leadership, business cases and transaction management.

Mano’s breadth of his industry skills and the structured thinking as a post-doctoral researcher provides clients and stakeholders with the experience and confidence that comes from delivering many complex engagements.

Susan Allen

Director - Corporate Services, Susan Allen, is an experienced senior executive with a passion for transforming the culture of organisations to deliver business growth.

Susan has broad experience in large complex organisations across financial services, consumer services, logistics/distribution, infrastructure and the public sector. She has a reputation for building highly engaged and motivated world class teams to deliver quality outcomes and business success. Susan has a strong record of delivering productivity improvement through use of new technologies and methodologies, including digital service delivery, robotic process automation, data analytics and human-centred design.

Susan is a board member of OpenInvest Pty Ltd and Australian Securities Limited and is an IECL accredited coach.

Martin Coates

Managing Partner, Martin Coates, is an experienced big picture thinker with a broad perspective garnered from leadership positions across government departments, major consulting businesses and private sector development and construction businesses. With his has a unique ability to analyse issues, risks and opportunities for clients, Martin is regularly called upon to undertake strategic reviews at critical project milestones.

Lindel James

Partner, Lindel James, is an industry leading infrastructure and government contracting advisor. With extensive government and private sector experience, Lindel brings expertise to broad range of services, including commercial and financial structuring, infrastructure procurement, business case development, procurement strategy, and management of infrastructure and government services projects.

Ian Crawford

Executive Director, Ian Crawford, is a senior leader with a wealth of experience in Australia and overseas. With a professional background spanning over 30 years, Ian has played key roles in senior management, superintendence, client representative, project management and project coordination engagements.

Having managed his own consulting firm, Ian has provided planning and management services to the building and construction industry. Ian’s career and extensive building engineering services background and administration experience has taken him to India, in a contract liaison role, to large-scale airport projects, in a Superintendent role, and several building and refurbishment projects in a project management role.

Upon returning to Melbourne, Ian provided strategic advice to a leading Educational Institution and project management services, completing the successful delivery of fire training systems for the MFB Victorian Emergency Management Training Centre (VEMTC) representing a Netherlands-based specialist fire training company.

Jamin Crawley
