Marsden Park Primary School Development

The NSW Government is investing $6.7 billion over the next four years to deliver more than 190 new and upgraded schools to support the growing educational needs of communities across NSW.  

The Marsden Park Primary School will cater for up to 1,000 students from kindergarten through to Year 6.  

Ontoit was approached directly by the NSW DoE to provide project managements services for the project. 

Our team worked alongside the client team during the first four project stages (initiation, master planning, concept design and schematic design). 

Managing a team of over 20 consultants, Ontoit’s core activities included running and administering the consultant procurement process; early works applications and submission of the review of environmental factors (REF).

Our team was subsequently engaged for the design management, development of the request for tender documents for the main contractor engagement and engagement of the building contractor.
