We were thrilled to attend the Melbourne Park Redevelopment – Project Master Planning Reflection and Success event, hosted by NAWIC VICTORIA . Over the past decade, Ontoit has proudly supported Development Victoria in various roles for this iconic precinct, particularly through our involvement in the third phase of its redevelopment.
The panelists jill garner, Zorana Zanoskar, Astrid Jenkin and Thea Smith, shared insights into the challenges and triumphs that occurred over the course of the project. Our role spanned key aspects of the redevelopment, including procurement strategy, design management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination. We guided the design from concept to tender, ensuring alignment of scope to budget and leading value management processes to achieve cost efficiencies. Ontoit’s contributions played a crucial role in the final stage of the Melbourne Park Redevelopment, securing the future of the Australian Open at this world-class venue.
