Ontoit was engaged to lead the development of the business case including stakeholder engagement, the management of all sub-consultants, completion of facility design, cost planning, options analysis and economic appraisal. We managed the delivery of all required business case inputs and completed the writing of the business case to align with ACT and Commonwealth government guidelines.

The University of Canberra needed expert advice and assistance with designing and developing a detailed business case to secure funding for a major university asset that would also provide ongoing facilities and benefits for the broader Canberra community.

The University of Canberra needed expert advice and assistance with designing and developing a detailed business case to secure funding for a major university asset that would also provide ongoing facilities and benefits for the broader Canberra community. The project incorporated a number of high quality indoor multi-purpose courts for sporting activities, as well as a 3500 capacity show court and event space and associated facilities. The integrated nature of the project enabled a diverse range of educational and sporting outcomes for stakeholders, including university students and staff, high performance sporting teams and athletes, as well as community participants.
