Seven-Year Asset Management Plan (Infrastructure and Fleet)

V/Line experienced a period of unprecedented growth and change. The network had a significant increase in train services and the business must continue to grow, with a major timetable change planned for November 2019 and as the population of regional Victoria continues to increase. 

Ontoit was engaged by V/Line to coordinate input into the seven-year funding submission across the organisation and to author a robust business case to the State Government of Victoria. 

Our team worked closely with the leaders of every area of the business and played a leading role in the management of stakeholders and communication of the project internally within V/Line and externally.
