Moorabbin Reserve Redevelopment & Relocation Project

The relocation of the St Kilda Football Team’s administration and training facilities from Seaford to the revitalised Moorabbin Reserve in 2018, marked the St Kilda Football Club’s return to its spiritual home. 

Ontoit was appointed, by the St Kilda Football Club, to provide project management services for the club’s multi-million-dollar redevelopment and relocation project.  

Our team led the project and was responsible for the appointment and management of consultant team members, developing and implementing complex risk mitigation strategies, identifying and recommending a preferred procurement model for delivering the project, and the selection, appointment and management of the main works contractor.
