Angliss Hospital Expansion

The Angliss Hospital Expansion Stage 2 Project will deliver a new multi-storey building which includes a new inpatient unit, four operating theatres, a new central sterile supply department, and spaces for outpatient services.

The expansion will transform services at the hospital, ensuring the Knox and Yarra Ranges communities can access world-class healthcare facilities close to home. The project includes two early works packages which involve demolition, civil, services and logistics works to make way for the main works construction. The second early works package is expected to commence in mid-2023 and the main works package is currently completing design development.

Ontoit provides project management and superintendent services across the entirety of the project from design through to construction completion. We are the key day-to-day contacts on the project for the client, health agency, consultants, and contractors. We are responsible for the management of the consultant and contractor teams, preparation of reports, major procurements, and contract administration processes on behalf of VHBA.
