Mental Health Month

October is Mental Health Month, a time for us to come together, raise awareness, and foster a workplace where mental health is openly discussed and supported. Ontoit partnered with Resilience Builders to host an interactive, face-to-face session focused on mental health and wellbeing. In this session, we discussed building resilience, cultivating high-performing teams, and engaging in meaningful discussions about mental health challenges in the workplace.
