Colin has had a 45 year career with a strong commercial background across finance, transport infrastructure and associated service industries.
Colin has occupied numerous leadership roles in transport and infrastructure sectors which have included, CEO and Managing Director of the RACV, Chief Executive of Vic Roads and Chief Executive of the Melbourne Port Corporation.
In addition, Colin has chaired and held Board positions on more than 20 significant national and global organisations that have included, the World Road Association, the Global Commission for Road Safety, Austroads, the Australian Automobile Association, Intelematics Australia, Australian Motoring Services, Insurance Manufacturers Australia, The Australian Road Research Board and RACV Finance. In 1996, Colin was the Institution of Engineers Australia’s Victorian Division Professional Engineer of the Year, this was followed in 1997 by the Prime Minister’s Award for Innovation in the Public Sector for his leadership in the development of Victoria’s widely acclaimed Road Safety Strategy. He was awarded The John Shaw Medal for outstanding service to Road Transport in Australia in 2008. In 2012 he was appointed as President d’Honneur of the World Road Association.

Robert has spent the majority of his 40-year career working on major projects across the full range of delivery models for both the private and public sectors, including several public–private partnerships in the economic and social infrastructure sectors.
Robert’s public sector work includes roles as the inaugural Chief Executive of Health Infrastructure NSW and the Chief Operating Officer of the WestConnex Delivery Authority in Sydney. His private sector work includes landmark projects such as the Sydney Harbour Tunnel and Melbourne City Link. He has been Bid Director on several major projects and brings a strong commercial and technical focus to project development and delivery, with a successful background in claims resolution.
Robert is Chair of the School Infrastructure Advisory Council in NSW and a Director of Infrastructure SA and Reliance Rail. He also conducts assurance and dispute resolution work for various state governments on major projects.
Robert studied civil engineering at the University of South Australia and obtained an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Combining his experience in project management and organisation leadership, he brings together diverse project teams to create high performing teams that deliver exceptional project outcomes. Deploying his expertise in procurement, transaction management, technical leadership and contract management, Arvind leads teams on projects through all forms of delivery models.
Having worked for government delivery agencies he understands the specialised requirements of government and what it takes to deliver projects in complex stakeholder environments. His experience includes advising client on infrastructure in Australia, UK, Singapore and the USA.

Charmaine has over 25 years’ professional experience in national, international, private and public sector roles. She is an experienced business manager with a background in transport engineering and project development and delivery.
Prior to her Board Secretariat role, Charmaine managed the Business Services team at Ontoit for 10 years. Her extensive experience in business management across accounts, business planning, risk management, policy development, compliance and quality allows her to provide a strong contribution to the corporate governance at Ontoit.
In her role as Manager Corporate Secretariat for VicRoads, Charmaine acted as secretary to VicRoads Board, Corporate Management Group, Audit Committee and the Project Review Committee. Charmaine has a strong background in transport engineering, strategic transport planning and the development of transport infrastructure proposals working in both consulting and government roles.
