Andrew McKinley

Over more than two decades, Andrew has successfully managed a diverse range of projects, including the Melbourne Arts Precinct, Shepparton Law Courts, Port of Melbourne Capacity Project, Victorian Emergency Management Training Centre, St Kilda Pier Redevelopment, the Melbourne Wholesale Markets Relocation, and the Mildura Sporting Precinct. His experience also includes infrastructure projects in road, rail, and maritime sectors.Andrew holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from RMIT. He is a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia and a Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD) with the Australian Institute of Project Management.
