Our team is leading the full readiness, activation and transition program for the New Footscray Hospital, Victoria’s largest health infrastructure project.
Our role spans the complete hospital readiness program, including governance and assurance, workforce and change planning, clinical readiness, commissioning coordination, patient move design and post go live stabilisation. The program applies all six readiness streams across our Imagine. Plan. Achieve. methodology, creating a structured pathway from design and planning through to activation, command centre delivery and operational stabilisation.
This work brings together clinical, operational, digital, workforce and infrastructure requirements into one integrated ORAT program. It ensures Western Health has the governance, systems, training and transition planning required to open safely, move services with confidence and support hospital operations from day one.
The program has been recognised as Victoria’s gold standard model for safe hospital openings, demonstrating the value of early, structured and fully integrated operational readiness and activation planning.
