For more than 25 years Tony has assembled and led high-performing multi-disciplinary teams delivering exceptional Design and Construct and PPP/PFI/P3 infrastructure investment outcomes for a range of public sector clients and private infrastructure investors in Australia, Europe, Canada and North America.
Tony is currently consulting to Victorian public sector clients including:
• Australia’s largest urban renewal project – the Homes Victoria $20+ billion High-rise Redevelopment Program;
• Court Services Victoria – delivering government’s first major infrastructure investment in the East Werribee precinct;
• the operator and asset owner for the $1.5 billion new Footscray Hospital PPP (due for completion shortly); and
• the operator and asset owner for the $1 billion new Melton Hospital PPP (delivery commenced).
