Emma is a qualified architect and an experienced project manager who has worked on projects from tender through to design phases and into construction to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and projects.
Emma has extensive experience as a quantity surveyor and design manager providing value management and cost opportunity reviews to determine and analyse opportunities to manage costs through design solutions.She is focused on understanding client objectives to provide advice and identify preferred strategies to manage design and costs to meet client and construction team objectives.
