As part of our corporate social responsibility initiatives and give back policy, each Ontoit office (NSW VIC, QLD) supported the Cancer Council by hosting the Biggest Morning Tea. The Cancer Council is Australia’s leading cancer charity and plays an important role in supporting people impacted by cancer, speaking out on cancer issues, empowering people to reduce their cancer risk, and funding research to better detect and treat cancer. Every year, the community event ‘Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea’ is hosted by various businesses and groups to raise vital funds to make a significant difference for those impacted by cancer.
The Ontoit team participated enthusiastically, with everyone getting involved and bringing a home-baked good or sweet-treat to the table. In the spirit of friendly competition, a panel of judges voted on the winner of the most delicious baked good. Our involvement contributed $1,255 as a part of the $16 million dollars the non-for-profit organisation raised in 2024 towards the fight against cancer.
Our Ontoit team proudly exceeded the $1000 target and became a part of the Council’s Royal Tea Club, an impressive effort which helps us take another step closer to a cancer free future.
