For the Subiaco and Richmond redevelopments, our work embedded hospital readiness into the business cases, supporting early alignment between service planning, facility design and operational execution. This helped ensure that future delivery requirements were considered from the outset, rather than resolved late in the project lifecycle.
At the Langmore Centre, we designed and delivered the operational readiness program around the ideal patient experience. This included the integration of workflows, systems, workforce training and activation planning to support a safe and person centred opening.
Across the program, our work helped connect planning, design, commissioning and operational delivery, ensuring facilities were not only completed, but ready to perform from the first day of care.
