Ontoit's Iain Davison is providing client-side project management services for the Bathurst Correctional Centre Expansion. The expansion will deliver 160 new modular cells, a series of industry buildings and is scheduled to finish in mid-2020.
Iain and the Sydney team assisted with the development of a functional design brief, managed the engagement of the design consultants, procurement of the managing contractor and now the construction phase one on behalf of the NSW Department of Justice.
