Public Housing Renewal Program | Progress Update

Ontoit is leading the end to end project delivery management, including transaction management, for the renewal of public housing estates in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

Following the successful development arrangements with MAB Corporation and HousingFirst, Ontoit has executed the development agreement between the Director of Housing and AVJennings to redevelop the Brunswick West estate with a mix of social and private dwellings to create an integrated community.

This is a customised transaction tailored to suit the client’s requirements and market conditions and includes operations management arrangements with Registered Housing Association, Women’s Housing Limited.
