Ontoit is providing end-to-end project management and Superintendency services – from project planning, engaging and coordinating the sub-consultant team, program establishment, dissemination and monitoring; coordination and evaluation of designs ensuring compliance with design brief; procurement, preparation of tender documentation and evaluation plan, through to contract management and administration, construction management, commissioning and hand over and post completion and defecting.
