Ontoit was approached directly by the NSW DoE to provide project managements services for the project.
Our team worked alongside the client team during the first four project stages (initiation, master planning, concept design and schematic design).
Managing a team of over 20 consultants, Ontoit’s core activities included running and administering the consultant procurement process; early works applications and submission of the review of environmental factors (REF).
Our team was subsequently engaged for the design management, development of the request for tender documents for the main contractor engagement and engagement of the building contractor.
