Ontoit was the project manager responsible for a $1.5-million upgrade of the SkyBus terminal and ticketing outlets within Melbourne’s central Southern Cross Station.
Project complexities included carrying out works in a live operating environment and design coordination issues with the existing maintenance provider (Honeywell), key stakeholders (including Public Transport Victoria and V/Line) and other bus operators.
